We take great care in delivering your timepiece safely and discreetly. Each order is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Domestic Standard (United States): 3–5 business days
- Domestic Express (United States): 1–2 business days
- International Standard: 7–14 business days
- International Express: 3–7 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and courier operations.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the selected shipping method. We offer complimentary domestic shipping on all orders over $500 USD. Promotional shipping offers may apply from time to time.
4. Insurance and Signature Requirement
Every shipment is fully insured against loss, theft, and damage in transit. For your security and ours, all deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt. We are unable to reroute packages to P.O. boxes.
5. International Orders: Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the courier or customs authority at the time of delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimates before placing an order.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at sales@ruggedrigz.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Since all shipments are insured, you are fully protected in the rare event of a lost shipment.
