At our atelier, every timepiece we deliver is meticulously inspected before it leaves our workshop. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are committed to a fair, transparent, and straightforward return process.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The watch is in its original, unworn condition with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
- All original packaging, tags, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories are included.
- Protective stickers and seals remain intact on the case back and clasp.
- The product has not been sized, engraved, or otherwise customized.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, customization, and authenticity reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Personalized or engraved watches.
- Watches that have been resized, altered, or serviced by a third party.
- Items purchased during clearance or marked “Final Sale.”
- Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at sales@ruggedrigz.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
- Carefully pack the watch in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
- Ship the item to the return address provided. We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable courier service.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to returns that do not meet our condition requirements.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. We will cover all shipping costs and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair at no charge.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different model or size, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
